In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Later in the morning, the Governor hosted the Y NSW Youth Parliament – Executive Council Briefing and Address in Reply, at Government House.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Wilson attended NAIDOC in the City 2024, presented by Gadigal Information Service Aboriginal Corporation in partnership with the City of Sydney, at Sydney Town Hall.
