The Governor and Mr Wilson had the enormous privilege of welcoming the President of the Czech Republic, His Excellency Mr Petr Pavel and Ms Eva Pavlová, First Lady, to Government House.
The President’s official visit to Australia and New Zealand is the first such visit at the presidential level in almost 30 years and aims to strengthen bilateral relations in trade, defense, security and science, while fostering cooperation on global challenges such as climate change and Indo-Pacific security.
