On Saturday, 11 May,  the Governor and Mr Wilson hosted the start of the Long Ride motorcycle charity event, at Government House. The Long Ride, which has options to finish in Darwin or Broome, raises funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and promotes awareness of this most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian men.
