The Governor and Mr Wilson's four-day regional visit to far western New South Wales included a visit to the Brewarrina Aboriginal Cultural Museum and Fish Traps, one of the oldest human-made structures in the world. The Vice Regal couple opened the Orana Haven Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre, toured the new Royal Flying Doctor Service clinic at Louth and engaged with community organisations, schools, Councils, Aboriginal Land Councils and environmental organisations.
