In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later in the morning, the Governor received Mr Mark Goggin, Executive Director of Sydney Living Museums, accompanied by Ms Caroline Butler-Bowdon, Director of Strategy and Engagement, and Ms Naseema Sparks AM, Chair.

Subsequently, Her Excellency received Ms Kuppal Palaniappan and Mr Sandeep Chandra of the Australia India Youth Dialogue.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Dennis Wilson hosted the first of six visits by groups of student leaders from across NSW participating in the Secondary School Leadership Program.

In the evening, Her Excellency delivered the Balmoral Lecture at Queenwood School, Mosman.
