In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

After, the Governor attended a Welcome Ceremony for The Honourable Justice Hament Dhanji who was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales at Banco Court, Law Courts Building.
