In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Following this, the Governor was presented with the new Legislative Council Standing Rules and Orders by the Honourable Matthew Mason-Cox MLC, President of the Legislative Council, at Government House. 

Afterwards, Her Excellency received Ms Zoe Robinson, NSW Advocate for Children and Young People, Ms Ruby Riethmuller, Director of Womn-Kind, and Ms Mia Bates, ACYP Intern, at Government House. 

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Dennis Wilson attended a High Tea for the 70^th Anniversary of the Women Lawyers Association of New South Wales, at the Women’s Club, Sydney.

In the Evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson hosted a Christmas Reception at Government House.
