In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson received His Excellency Mr Armando Vargas Araya, Ambassador of Costa Rica, and Mrs Maria Cristina Guzman Hidalgo, accompanied by Mr Noel Campbell, Honorary Consul of Costa Rica, at Government House.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended the Book Launch of Dynamic and Principled: The Influence of Sir Anthony Mason hosted by the University of Sydney Law School and the Federation Press, at the Law Courts Building, Sydney.
