In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson travelled to the fire affected community of Culcairn in Southern New South Wales.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson participated in a combined school assembly with students and staff from Culcairn Public School and St Joseph’s Primary School, at Culcairn Public School.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson met with local NSW Rural Fire Service members, and their families.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Wilson hosted a reception for the 2020 NSW Women of the Year Award finalists, at Government House.

In the morning, The Honourable TF Bathurst AC, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, presided as the Governor’s deputy at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.
