In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Following this, the Governor and Mr Dennis Wilson received Mr Mohamed Khalil, Consul-General of Egypt, and Ms Sally Abouzaid, spouse of the Consul-General, for a Courtesy Call at Government House.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson hosted a reception for Women’s Community Shelters in NSW 10th Anniversary, at Government House.
