In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Dennis Wilson hosted a Morning Tea for Westfield Bondi Junction and Scentre Group Team Members, at Government House.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson received Mr Yong Jun Choi, Consul-General of the Republic of Korea, Mrs Eun Young Jo, Spouse, and Miss Minseo Park, Consul, at Government House.

Later in the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson received Mr Shuichi Tokuda, Consul-General of Japan, accompanied by Mrs Mariko Tokuda, for a Farewell Courtesy Call, at Government House.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Wilson attended the Festal Choral Evensong on the Eve of St James’ Day, celebrating the opening of the new Bicentennial Pipe Organ, follow by a reception, at St James’ Church, Sydney.
