In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council at Government House.

Later, the Governor received the Honourable Chris Ellison, Chancellor of the University of Notre Dame Australia and Mr Stewart McLaurin, President, The White House Historical Association, accompanied by Ms Hayley Michael, Events and Projects Specialist, The White House Historical Association and Ms Robyn Barblett, Chief Advancement Office, University of Notre Dame Australia, at Government House.

In the early evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended an ANZAC Eve Vigil Mass of Remembrance, where they placed a wreath at the Monument for the Unknown Soldier, at St Mary’s Cathedral. Afterwards, they attended a reception at Cathedral House.
