In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Afterwards, the Governor received Mr Sangwoo Hong, Consul-General of Korea, at Government House. Subsequently, Her Excellency received Mr Manish Gupta, Consul-General of India.

Later in the morning, the Governor received His Excellency Mr Paul Gulleik Larsen, Ambassador of Norway.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson hosted an afternoon tea for participants in the Governor’s Welcome Ceremony conducted as a part of Her Excellency’s Swearing-In on 2 May 2019, at Government House.

In the afternoon, Mr Christopher Sullivan, Deputy Official Secretary to the Governor, read Her Excellency’s message at the 2019 Harmony Day Prize Giving Ceremony, at the Parliament of New South Wales.
