In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson hosted a tour of Government House and morning tea, for staff and students of Gulgong All Hallows School and Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, Coolah.

In the afternoon, the Governor received His Excellency Mr Sérgio Eduardo Moreira Lima, Ambassador of Brazil, and Mr Sergio Bath, Consul-General of Brazil.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended a performance by Andreas Brantelid and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
