In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Dennis Wilson hosted a Morning Tea for the 2025 NSW Australian of the Year Award Nominees, at Government House.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended the 2025 NSW Australian of the Year Award Ceremony, at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, The Rocks.
