In the morning, in Ho Chi Minh City, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, addressed guests at a Business Breakfast with NSW and Vietnamese Businesses, including members of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson attended a Courtesy Call with Mr Nguyen Van Hen, Ho Chi Minh Party Secretary, at the Ho Chi Minh Party Office. Afterwards the Vice-Regal couple attended a luncheon hosted by the Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee at the Rex Hotel.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson visited the Ho Chi Minh City History Museum.

In the evening, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Wilson delivered a speech at the NSW-Vietnam Alumni Reception, at the Sheraton Hotel.
