In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, received Mr Rob McLean, Chairman, The Nature Conservancy Australia, at Government House.

In the afternoon, the Governor received Professor Anna Reid, Head of School and Dean, Sydney Conservatorium of Music, The University of Sydney.

Afterwards, Her Excellency received Mr Warwick Austin, Australian Electoral Officer and State Manager for New South Wales, who returned the completed Writ for NSW Senators elected in the recent Federal Election, and presented the Certificate of Results for Her Excellency’s signature.

Later in the afternoon, the Governor received Mr Terrey Arcus AM, Chair of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, accompanied by Ms Emma Dunch, CEO.
