Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, received the following guests in the context of a virtual regional visit program of meetings, facilitated by Government House Sydney:

In the morning, the Governor and Mr Dennis Wilson received Councillor Paul Maytom, Mayor, Leeton Shire Council and Ms Jackie Kruger, General Manager, Leeton Shire Council.

Afterwards, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson received representatives from the Riverina rice industry, headed by Mr Rob Massina, President, Ricegrowers’ Association of Australia (RGA) and rice grower.

Later, the Governor and Mr Wilson received Mr Mahir Momand, Chief Executive Officer, Regional Opportunities Australia (ROA), together with key partners and stakeholders.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency received The Honourable Adrian Piccoli, Director, Gonski Institute for Education and Ms Kim Beswick, Head of School of Education, University of NSW.
