In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson attended the NSW Women of the Year Awards, at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson hosted a luncheon for Ms Angela Bogdan, Consul-General of Canada, and guests.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended the Jude O’Brien Fundraising Dinner for Grace’s Place, at Doltone House, Sylvania Waters. The primary purpose of Grace’s Place is to provide a unique place of healing and restoration for children traumatised by homicide.
