In the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Andrew Bell, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, presided at the swearing-in of the Honourable Courtney Houssos MLC, Minister for Finance and Minister for Natural Resources, to the additional portfolio of Domestic Manufacturing and Government Procurement, and Mr Steven Whan MP as the Minister for Skills, TAFE and Tertiary Education, at Government House.

Following this, the Lieutenant-Governor presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, at Government House.
