Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson continued observances of Court Mourning.

In the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson visited the Tibooburra Outback Public School, in Tibooburra.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson met with the Tibooburra Local Aboriginal Land Council. Afterwards, the Vice-Regal couple participated in a round table discussion with local emergency services and services organisations, at the Tibooburra Community Hall.

Later in the afternoon, the Vice-Regal couple toured the NSW National Parks and Wildlife office in Tibooburra. Subsequently, they visited the Mt Wood Homestead.
