In the afternoon, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson, travelling on the Lady Hopetoun Steamer, visited the Sydney Heritage Fleet Shipyard, in Rozelle. Following this, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Wilson, received Mr. André François Giroux, Consul-General of Canada, and his spouse Ms. Nathalie Byk for a Farewell Call at Government House.  

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended the 84^th Anniversary of World War II Commemoration and Classical Concert, hosted by the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland, at Mosman Art Gallery, Mosman.
