In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, toured the Calyx, in the Royal Botanic Gardens, with Ms Denise Ora, Chief Executive, Botanic Gardens Greater Sydney.

Afterwards, the Governor received His Excellency Mahesh Raj Dahal, Ambassador of Nepal to Australia, at Government House, Sydney.

Later in the morning, Her Excellency received Mr Zhou Limin, Consul-General of China, accompanied by Zhao Wenfei, Deputy Consul-General, Sun Xiaonan, Consul, and Mr Hu Dehui, Consul.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Dennis Wilson hosted a luncheon for the European Union Heads of Mission, at Government House.

Later in the afternoon, Her Excellency delivered a Keynote Address at a ‘Town Hall’ with Young Lawyers, hosted by Thomson Geer Lawyers, at their office in Sydney.

In the evening, the Governor, as Patron, attended a reception with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, hosted by The Right Honourable The Lord Mayor of Sydney Councillor Clover Moore, followed by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra performance of classical works by Mozart and Beethoven, at Sydney Town Hall.
