In the morning, in Dubai, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, met with His Excellency Khalfan Belhoul, Chief Executive Officer, and Dr Tarek Taha, Lead – Robotics Lab, Dubai Future Foundation.

Later in the morning, the Governor observed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Dubai Chambers and the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry and participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony announcing Dubai Chambers’ first international office in Australia to be based in Sydney.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency met with Mr Amer Al Sayegh Al Ghafri, Senior Director Space Engineering Department and Project Manager of MBZ-SAT, at the Mohamed Bin Rashid Space Centre.

In the evening the Governor delivered a speech at a reception hosted by the Australia Business Council Dubai, at the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

In the evening, in Sydney, Mr Dennis Wilson attended the Toast to King Charles III Dinner, at the Union, University and Schools Club.
