In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson visited the Parramatta Children’s Court of NSW. Afterwards the Governor and Mr Wilson visited the Westmead Medical Research Foundation, at Acacia House, Westmead.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson visited the Macarthur Legal Centre, in Campbelltown.

In the evening, on behalf of Her Excellency the Governor, Mr Michael Miller RFD, Official Secretary, officially opened the 2019 National Trust Portia Geach Memorial Award for Portraiture, at the S.H. Ervin Gallery, Observatory Hill.
