In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson departed Sydney for Ho Chi Minh to commence a Vice-Regal mission to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Jakarta, Indonesia. As a consequence of Her Excellency departing the State, His Excellency the Honourable Andrew Bell, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, assumed the Administration of the Government of New South Wales.
