In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, on their return to Sydney, met with NSW Ambulance operational staff involved in the response to the Bondi Junction incident, at the NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson attended the Sir Cyril Walsh KBE Memorial Day and the unveiling of a new Law Library, at St John’s College, University of Sydney.

In the early evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended a Candlelight Vigil for victims of the Bondi Junction tragedy, at Bondi Beach.
