In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson met with members of the Upper Hunter Shire Council and the Scone Chamber of Commerce, at the Upper Hunter Shire Council, Scone.

Later in the morning, the Governor toured the White Park Equine Complex, in Scone.

In the afternoon, the Vice-Regal couple attended lunch with drought impacted farmers, at the Linga Longer Inn, Gundy.
