In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson visited the Resilience NSW Recovery Centre, in Port Macquarie. Later in the morning, they inspected flood damage in the North Shore area.
In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson attended a lunch with local service personnel, at the NSW State Emergency Service Port Macquarie Operation Centre.
Later in the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson viewed the 20 Decades, 21 Stories Exhibition, at the Port Macquarie Museum.
In the morning, Her Excellency was represented by Colonel Michael Miller RFD, Official Secretary, at a Sunday Service at St Andrew’s Cathedral, where prayers were offered for His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, and The Royal Family.
