In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson visited the Girrawaa Creative Arts Centre, where they met participants in Bathurst Correctional Centre’s Arts and Defence Dog Training programs.

Following this, the Governor and Mr Wilson attended a morning tea with local emergency services members and first responders, at the Blayney Fire and Rescue NSW Station, Blayney.

In the afternoon, the Vice Regal Couple visited the Weigelli Centre Aboriginal Corporation, a residential alcohol and other drug rehabilitation facility, in Woodstock.
