In the evening, His Excellency the Honourable Andrew Bell, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, and Ms Joanna Bird, attended the Bicentenary Gala Dinner for the New South Wales Legislative Council, in the Strangers’ Room, Parliament of New South Wales, Sydney.
