In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, presented the 2024 3 Wing Governor’s Sword of Honour for Excellence Award to an Australian Air Force Cadet, at Government House.

In the afternoon, the Governor, as Patron of the Parramatta and District Historical Society, accompanied by Mr Wilson, unveiled a plaque and launched a new history publication at the Bicentenary Celebration of Hambledon Cottage, Parramatta.
