In the evening, the Governor, as Patron of the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, received the Royal Salute of the Federation Guard and Band, before the Governor officially opened the 2025 Sydney Royal Easter Show in the Main Arena, Sydney Showground.
