In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales opened the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Australia National Conference, at the Sofitel Darling Harbour.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Dennis Wilson attended the Opening of the Law Term Dinner, hosted by The Law Society of New South Wales, at the Hyatt Regency.
