In the morning, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson attended a Breakfast and Market Briefing with Ms Sarah Hooper, Consul-General, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Ms Rebecca Ball, Senior Trade Commissioner, Austrade, at the Sheraton Hotel.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson inspected a training program for breast cancer screening, funded by the CSIRO in collaboration with Sydney University, at the Hung Vuong Hospital.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency, accompanied by Mr Wilson, addressed members at a lunch with the Australia-Vietnam Young Leadership Dialogue, at Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam House Restaurant.

Later in the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson visited the Ho Chi Minh City Campus of Western Sydney University.

In the evening Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended a performance of the AO Show at the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House.
