In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson hosted a morning walk and breakfast with Jay Allen and guests from the Melanoma Institute.

Later in the morning, Her Excellency received His Excellency Mr Nguyen Thien Nhan, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Communist Party Committee, Vietnam, at Government House.

In the afternoon, the Governor hosted a luncheon for epidemiologist Professor Dame Valerie Beral AC DBE and Professor Sally Redman AO, Chief Executive Officer of the Sax Institute.

Later in the afternoon, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson received Mr Philip Marcus Clark AO, Chair of Trustees, and Deborah Townsend, Trustee, Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust.

In the evening the Governor and Mr Wilson attended an Australian Catholic University Celebratory Formal Dinner, at the Vice Chancellor’s residence, Mosman.
