Today, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, received the following guests, in the context of a virtual regional visit to Bourke, facilitated by Government House Sydney:
In the morning, the Governor received Ms Dot Martin, Chairperson of the Muda Aboriginal Corporation / 2CUZ FM.
Afterwards, Her Excellency received Mr Tony Thompson, Vice-Chair, Darling River Food & Fibre.
Later in the morning, the Governor received Mr Andrew Ryder, Principal, Ms Ingrid Seck, Deputy Principal, Mrs Kelly Ryder, Year 12 Advisor, and Year 12 Students of Bourke High School.
In the afternoon, Her Excellency received Councillor Barry Hollman, Mayor, Councillor Lachlan Ford, Deputy Mayor, and Mr Ross Earl, General Manager, of Bourke Shire Council.
Later in the afternoon, the Governor received Mr Des Rogers, Operations Director of the Maranguka Justice Reinvestment Project.
