In the afternoon, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson hosted a lecture given by Dr C Raj Kumar, Professor and Vice Chancellor, O.P. Jindal Global University, at Government House.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Wilson hosted a dinner in honour of the Vice Chancellor of Jindal Global University (JGU), with the Vice Chancellors of New South Wales universities. JGU is based in Haryana, India.
