Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, Governor of New South Wales, received the following guests in the context of a virtual visit to the Upper North Shore, facilitated by Government House Sydney:
In the morning, Her Excellency and Mr Dennis Wilson received Ms Natalie Ho, Co-Founder and Managing Director, and Mr Gavin May, Co-Founder of Hunter’s Smokehouse.
Afterwards, the Governor and Mr Wilson received Mr David Forfar, Executive Manager, Disability Services, Mr Ali Pruys, Operations Manager and Mr Rob Greatholder, Senior Coordinator, Therapeutic Gardening - Warrah Society.
Later, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson received Mr Stuart Armstrong, President, Mr Doug Reid, Vice-President and representatives from Hornsby Connect.
In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson received Ms Rebecca Canty, Project Coordinator, Studio ARTES, before joining a social meeting of staff and members. Studio ARTES provides creative and life skills programs for adults living with a wide range of physical and intellectual disabilities.
Subsequently, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson received The Honourable Philip Ruddock, Mayor and Mr Steven Head, General Manager, Hornsby Shire Council.
