In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson visited Manning Valley Free Range Eggs, in Upper Lansdowne.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson met with staff and students at Chatham High School, in Taree.

In the afternoon, the Vice Regal couple visited the Forster Neighbourhood Centre, a community organisation providing services and programs to support the well-being of Great Lakes residents, followed by a tour of Marine Rescue NSW Forster Tuncurry.

Later in the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson met with clients and staff of the Great Lakes Women’s Shelter, in Forster.
