In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales, and Mr Dennis Wilson participated in the 2019 Eastern Beaches Police Area Command and Randwick City Council Walk Against Domestic Violence, from Randwick to Coogee.

Later in the morning, the Governor and Mr Wilson hosted a performance by the Girls from Oz, at Government House. The Girls from Oz performing arts program seeks to improve educational and employment outcomes for girls in remote and regional Australia.
