In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales and Mr Dennis Wilson, as joint Patrons of WestWords, attended the Launch of the 2023 Living Stories Western Sydney Writing Prize, at PHIVE, Parramatta. In the evening, the Governor and Mr Wilson, as Guests of Honour, attended the 2023 Bastille Day celebration, hosted by His Excellency Jean-Pierre Thébault, Ambassador of France and Mr Martin Juillard, Consul-General of France, at the Museum of Contemporary Art.

Afterwards, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson, as Guests of Honour, attended the Pacific Opera Chairman’s Dinner, at the Royal Automobile Club of Australia.
