In the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later in the morning, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Dennis Wilson, laid the first wreath at the Remembrance Day Service, at The Cenotaph, in Martin Place.

In the afternoon, the Governor and Mr Wilson attended the Celebration of Guru Nanak's Birthday, organised by Turbans 4 Australia, at NSW Parliament.

In the evening, Her Excellency and Mr Wilson attended the Australian Ballet performance of Instruments of Dance, at the Sydney Opera House.
